Cell Phone Driving Law Preparations

Washington - The new cell telephone drive law is going into consequence in less than a calendar month and now may be the clip to look for options to go custody free behind the wheel.

Washington state actually have two cell telephone drive related laws. The first is the no texting while drive law that went into consequence in January.

Starting July 1st the new custody free cell telephone drive law will be enforced. It will not be what is called a "primary" discourtesy which intends police force won't be looking primarily for people holding telephones to their ear while driving.

Drivers will have got to be pulled over for another misdemeanor before being ticketed.
